La planta de Sant Cugat se encuentra en el Vallès Occidental, a 20 kilómetros de Barcelona. Producimos resinas acrílicas, con más de 60 empleados/as.


Como Ingeniero/a de Mantenimiento, formarás parte del equipo de Operaciones, dando soporte a los distintos departamentos que tenemos en la delegación.

Colaborarás con un grupo diverso de personas apasionadas por ofrecer soluciones sostenibles para impulsar la movilidad, mejorar el bienestar y potenciar la vida moderna.


Lo que buscamos:

  • Conocimientos de principios mecánicos y habilidades técnicas relevantes para la industria química.
  • Capacidad para dirigir y motivar a un equipo de técnicos en un entorno industrial.
  • Familiaridad con regulaciones de seguridad industrial y protocolos de prevención de riesgos.
  • Capacidad para identificar y solucionar problemas mecánicos de manera eficiente para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de la planta.
  • Experiencia en planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse claramente con otros departamentos y niveles de la organización, así como también proveedores y contratistas.
  • Saber interpretar esquemas de instalaciones y equipos.
  • Familiaridad con tecnologías de monitoreo, control y mantenimiento predictivo.
  • Enfoque en mantener altos estándares de calidad en todas las actividades de mantenimiento y reparación.

Habilidades que marcan la diferencia:

  • Formación en Ingeniería, preferiblemente mecánica
  • Experiencia en el departamento de mantenimiento realizando correctivos, preventivos, mejoras en la maquinaria e instalaciones y realizando procedimientos o instrucciones técnicas.
  • Valorable cursos de formación especializados en la industria.
  • Recomendable experiencia en el sector químico.
  • Recomendable un nivel intermedio de inglés (lectura y habla).
