Key Responsibilities:

As a Power Center Administrator, you will:

  • Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
  • Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

You will become an active member of the CIS team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.

Essential Skills:

  • +4 years professional experience as Power Center Administrator.
  • Experience in upgrading and installation Informatica from version from 9.6 to 10.2hf2 and 10.2hf2 to 10.4
  • Enable SSL certificates for admin console.
  • Migration of Informatica PC from one version to other version, code development & deployment and user access management.
  • Administration of the Business Objects which includes creating users/groups, scheduling reports, creating connections and Start/Stop the servers.
  • Setup and configure Power Center DOMAIN, NODE and Services in both UNIX and Windows Environments.
  • Experience in configuring Model Repository Service, Data Integration Service and Analyst Service in Informatica Data Quality.
  • Experience in LDAP Integration with Informatica.
  • Applying EBFs across all environment
  • Informatica user security activities like OS-Profile, LDAP integration in Informatica servers, Users and Group creations.
  • Hotfix Implementation like installing HF patches or rolling back the patches.
  • House Keeping activities for Informatica Platform (Automated Daily Domain Backup, Repository Backup, Cleanup of the Informatica Filesystem, Purging of the Log Files after X days of Retention, Monitoring the Informatica services and Domain)
  • Support infrastructure planned maintenance and outages with DBA, Network and OS teams.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish
