Elis es una multinacional líder en su sector, centrada en el diseño, desarrollo y suministro de soluciones a medida en materia de ropa lisa, vestuario profesional, productos de higiene y bienestar, así como servicios de sala blanca y control de plagas.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Customer Service Manager para la zona de Cataluña con ubicación en la planta de Parets del Vallès (Barcelona).

Tus funciones serán:

Llevar a cabo el seguimiento del servicio a los clientes estratégicos, llegando a desarrollar las cuentas clave y potenciar la facturación de estos.Asegurar y mantener la calidad en el servicio, anticipando posibles incidencias y orientando al equipo para poderlas resolver de forma ágil.Fijar los KPIs anuales del equipo y ser partícipe en el cumplimiento de ellos.Definir cuáles serán las áreas de acción y desarrollo para la mejora continua.Tener un análisis exhaustivo de los clientes en diferentes indicadores (facturación, impagados, incidencias, calidad del servicio, crecimiento de las cuentas...)Realizar visitas a clientes para hacer el seguimiento con ellos. Ser una figura de referencia para el equipo, tanto a nivel de ventas como de consecución de objetivos, liderándolo y motivándolo para conseguirlos.¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Buscamos a alguien con formación en Ingeniería, ADE, Ciencias Empresariales (o similar) y experiencia previa de al menos 3 años como Manager en el área de Servicio a Cliente, llevando a cabo funciones similares y con experiencia previa en el manejo de KPI's clave. Valoramos una persona con don de gentes, con muy buenas habilidades comunicativas, que se sienta cómoda en el trato con los/as clientes y el equipo y con un enfoque profesional orientado a la responsabilidad, confidencialidad y trabajo bien hecho.
