Posizione:

Guidare l'apertura e lo sviluppo della nuova filiale in Spagna (Valencia o Barcellona come città target), stabilendo e raggiungendo obiettivi di vendita e di redditività.Costruire e gestire un team di vendita e di supporto altamente motivato, fornendo leadership e sviluppo professionale.Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, collaborando con clienti esistenti e potenziali per soddisfare le loro esigenze di trasporto e stoccaggio.Garantire il rispetto delle normative locali e aziendali, nonché la conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza e qualità.Collaborare con altre filiali e funzioni aziendali per massimizzare l'efficienza operativa e la soddisfazione del cliente.

Requisiti:

Esperienza comprovata di vendita nel settore della vendita e noleggio dei container.Conoscenza approfondita del mercato spagnolo e delle dinamiche aziendali locali.Capacità dimostrata di raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita e di crescita.Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali.Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem-solving.Conoscenza professionale della lingua spagnola e inglese.

RAL: intorno ai 60.000€
