About The Role

As an Associate Project Manager professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects and teams to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities include expertly managing project documentation, offering essential administrative support, and fostering seamless communication within the team. Thriving on coordinating schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and meticulously tracking project progress. Additionally, providing valuable advice on project management tools and methodologies and contribute to strategic planning and risk management. Through your efforts, projects are executed efficiently and successfully, making a tangible impact on business outcomes. The position sits within the Spanish team & EMEA projects managing and owning multiple client engagements to ensure the delivery of customer expectations.

You will also take ownership of tracking project progress, providing client and internal reports, managing risks and issues, and guiding the project to successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Meetings

Meeting coordination and facilitation with customers and internal teamsDaily meetings with the Spanish teamMeetings with commercial, presales, and account management teams (bi-weekly)RetrosWeekly meetings with EMEAFacilitate client and internal meetings, ensuring handoffs across the different teams are smooth and effectiveReportingProvide internal and external client reportingBiweekly team reporting of hours remaining in the time accountsMonthly reports to existing client accountsSetting up reports in OA to go out automatically to the time account clientsAdministrative tasks around OA time accounts (Open Air) time loginResourcing and monitoring the resourcing of the time accountsCorrecting time entry errorsRaising tickets to OA when new consultants join a projectInvoicing clients and any project change requestsOrganize follow-up meetings with clients:Schedule Bi-weekly monthly or quarterly with the clients to report the service/project statusProject status: Issues created, resolved, blocked, and in backlogLogged time and time account statusAssist with new needs and work them with the Solution EngineerAssist and negotiate with the customer scope changesAssist with complaints about time spentHolding retros with the client and internally to find out whats went well and any lessons learnedWhat We're Looking ForFluent in Spanish and EnglishProven experience as a Project manager/Support in an IT or software businessUnderstanding of Project Management and Software Engineering methodologies (i.e., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)Working in a client-facing working environment, managing multiple external clients with different commercial agreementsComfortable working with remote teams and clients utilising collaboration tools (i.e., Zoom, Slack, Skype, etc.)Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation as well as global teamsAbility to work in an agile manner and context switching and fast-changing prioritisationsA few nice to havesKnowledge of any of the following technologies: AWS, DevOps, Atlassian Toolset, Scrum will be a plusStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices will be a plus At Adaptavist, we are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community, and believe this positively impacts both the creation of our innovative products and our delivery of bespoke solutions to our global customers and our own unique culture.
