TASKS:
Research on the development and characterization of quantum key distribution systems.

This includes the following activities:
(i) studing theory of quantum information, (ii) studying quantum communication protocols (iii) QKD system design (iv) instrumentation in the field of optical fibers and high speed electronics (v) various optical and electrical measurements.   • Quantum information (in general)
  • Qubit performance analysis
  • Error correcting quantum codes
  • Simulations with math software tools (such as Matlab)
