Requisitos.

Experiencia previa en consultoría (imprescindible)+7 años de experiencia en marketing digitalExperiencia en la gestión de estrategias full funnelNivel alto de inglés

Entre otras cosas, esto es lo que harás.

Dirigirás proyectos nacionales e internacionales con clientes de cualquier sector.Liderarás equipos muchos especialistas (Analítica, Diseño, Paid Media, Tecnología, Research, Data Science, SEO...) y serás el encargado de mezclar todos sus puntos de vista generando un Cocktail de iniciativas.Transformarás la forma de hacer marketing de las grandes marcas hacia una cultura guiada por el impacto en negocio.Analizarás múltiples fuentes de datos y plataformas, comprendiendo el detalle del negocio de nuestros clientes e identificando los retos para hacerles crecerIdearás y definirás las acciones para mejorar de forma constante los resultados que generamos.Buscamos generar impacto todas las fases del funnel, por lo que trabajarás tanto en proyectos muy enfocados en la captación de negocio (adquisición de tráfico, mejora de la conversión, reducción del coste de adquisición, etc.) como en la mejora del customer lifetime value (onboarding, retención, cross-selling, etc.).Y por último, aprenderás cómo probablemente no lo hayas hecho antes: de tus compañeros, de tus clientes y de tu negocio, de tus aciertos y de tus errores. Estarás rodeado de auténticos expertos con una calidad humana increíble abiertos a apoyarte, compartir contigo aprendizajes y retarte a ir siempre un paso adelante.
