En RIC Energy, empresa pionera en el mercado de energías renovables y con presencia en cuatro continentes, buscamos incorporar un/a Procurement Manager para nuestro departamento de ingeniería.Supervisarás y gestionarás los aspectos financieros y económicos de los proyectos de ingeniería dentro del departamento. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los ingenieros, gerentes de proyecto y otros miembros del equipo para garantizar que los recursos financieros se utilicen de manera efectiva y eficiente durante todas las etapas de un proyecto.
Responsabilidades:
Elaboración de presupuestos: para proyectos de ingeniería, teniendo en cuenta los costes estimados de materiales, mano de obra, equipos y otros gastos relacionados con el proyecto. Estos presupuestos deben ser realistas y coherentes con los objetivos del proyecto y las expectativas del cliente.
Análisis de costes: Asociados con los proyectos en curso y los que están por venir. Identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades para reducir costes sin comprometer la calidad del trabajo.
Control de costes: Supervisar de cerca los gastos en cada fase del proyecto y asegurarse de que se mantengan dentro de los límites establecidos en el presupuesto. Si surgen desviaciones, analizar las causas y tomar medidas correctivas.
Informes financieros: Preparación informes periódicos sobre la evolución de los costes y el progreso financiero de los proyectos. Evaluar los posibles riesgos financieros y participar en los planes de contingencia para mitigarlos.
Optimización de recursos:Identificar oportunidades para optimizar la utilización de recursos y materiales, maximizando así la eficiencia y reduciendo los gastos generales. Buscar constantemente formas de mejorar los procesos de gestión de costes y presupuestos, implementando nuevas herramientas y técnicas para una mejor toma de decisiones financieras.
Compras:
Contacto con potenciales proveedores. Negociación de precios. Gestión de bases de datos precios/especificaciones técnicas.Preparación licitaciones de EPC.Compra componentes principales para los proyectos EPC.Gestión en reducción de costes.Negociación, análisis y aprobación de las compras que se ejecuten desde la compañía. Negociación de contratos, análisis de precios, conocimiento de las tecnologías. Supervisión documental de las compras, información actualizada del stock de la compañía. ¿Qué buscamos?Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial o similares.Conocimientos de contabilidad, finanzas y gestión presupuestaria.Experiencia previa de 2 años o más en el campo de la gestión de proyectos de ingeniería o control de costes.Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con datos numéricos Experiencia en compras de equipos principales en proyectos de energías renovables; Panel, Traker, Estructura, Power Stations, BESS, Turbinas, Transformadores, paramenta AT, Cables de MT y AT, etc.Conocimiento de las leyes del país en cuestión para el correcto funcionamiento de los intereses de la empresa en el país objetivo y/o apoyo en abogado local o despacho local.Supervisión, revisión y validación de contratos en los países objetivo.Soporte al Project mánager diariamente en la consecución de hitos.Nivel avanzado de inglés.-
