Managing Director Iberia
Reporting to the CEO of the Group, he/she will develop a strategy leading to the global Vision 2030 and gradually integrate it within the established organization, creating a strong synergy.
We highlight the following tasks:
Management of the overall company in Spain and development of a sustainable and future-oriented strategyAssumption of full P&L responsibility and control of resultsResponsible for creating a group of Key Account Managers to support the current sales team in strengthening the major clients in their portfolio.Development and implementation of an efficient and sustainable go to market strategy to sustainably support the growth processExpansion of existing market potential in established and new markets, through a sustainable go to market strategy derived from market and customer requirementsFurther development of internal structures and processesDeriving and implementing Group guidelines and acting congruently with the principles and overall strategyAppreciative communication with employees and visibility in the company as a role modelRepresentation of the company to the outside world, for example at trade fairs and in appropriate networksRegular communication and reporting to the parent company We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) with demonstrated experience in a leadership role as well as direct sales through a value-based top-down selling approach, along with experience in managing of the P&L. Preferably someone with knowledge of maintenance and/or lubrication management. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
