Mission:
The concierge will be responsible for making sure that the captains and their crews needs has been met.
Owners and guests expect superior levels of service on board and It's the business of a concierge to take an impossible requirement and making it possible enriching the clients on board experience by supporting captains and crews on handling any aspect of large yacht operations.
Qualifications, training and skills required:
Prior experience in high level hospitality.
Immaculately presented.
Impeccable service skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Languages:
Exceptional level of professional English and Spanish are mandatory. Please don't apply if that's not the case.

Strong communication skills verbal, written, phone, text
Work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive phone demeanor
Competent working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
A multi-tasker, prioritizing time effective
We offer:
Discontinuous fixed contract.
Start date: 01/05/24 – End date: 31/10/24.
Full time shift.
