Primary Care Specialist Contrato en prácticas de 1 año de duración Lugar de residencia: Burgos Mision Conseguir los resultados de negocio y el mejor posicionamiento comercial de AstraZeneca en el territorio bajo su responsabilidad, a través de la implementación de acciones tácticas dirigidas a sus interlocutores directos, decisores e influenciadores clave en su campo de actuación, siempre en congruencia con la estrategia de comercialización definida y adaptándose a las necesidades emergentes de su entorno, procurando las acciones necesarias para hacer llegar nuestros productos al mayor número de pacientes posible y mejorar su calidad de vida.

Responsabilidades Conocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario.

Conocer e interpretar la información de su entorno en el ecosistema de decisores clave que afecta al área de atención primaria bajo su responsabilidad.

Analizar la información y datos que obtiene de la compañía y de su territorio con el fin de obtener conclusiones de utilidad que le permitan conocer mejor a sus clientes.

Trabajar proactivamente de forma crossfuncional para obtener insights de forma continua e identificar barreras y oportunidades a nivel atención primaria para poder actuar dentro del Patient Journey.

Planificación.

Trabajar en tiempo y forma en la identificación, perfilamiento y segmentación de sus distintos Stakeholders con el fin de planificar acciones que ofrezcan a cada cliente una experiencia diferenciadora de omnicanalidad.

Planificar su actividad comercial con base en la estrategia de comercialización y alineado con los planes y actividades del equipo crossfuncional (Acceso, Médico y Comercial) y de forma coordinada con el Especialista de Cuenta de su área de influencia.

Gestión Comercial Ejecutar con excelencia el plan comercial de la marca para acelerar el desarrollo de la misma en el área sanitaria de referencia bajo su responsabilidad.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de venta y poner en marcha planes de acción alineados con la estrategia para corregir las desviaciones teniendo en cuenta los Stakeholders que forman parte del Patient Journey así como otros influenciadores.

Identificar oportunidades de negocio que puedan tener un impacto más allá de su ámbito de responsabilidad y trasladarlas a las áreas correspondientes para asegurar el posicionamiento de AstraZeneca.

Trabajar de forma conjunta con el Especialista de cuenta asegurando el alineamiento y el flujo de información para potenciar la visión global de su área de responsabilidad.

Reportar en tiempo/forma las interacciones, actividades e insights en las herramientas corporativas bajo los estándares y frecuencias establecidos por la estrategia comercial de AstraZeneca.

Interacción con profesionales sanitarios Desarrollar las interacciones con los Profesionales Sanitarios de acuerdo a su plan de acción alineado con la estrategia de la marca para cubrir sus necesidades de forma específica así como para poder identificar de forma ágil y continua cual es el mejor canal de comunicación en función de las preferencias del cliente.

Compliance. Realizar todas las actividades asegurando que se actúa dentro del marco de Compliance de AZ.

  • Proyectar, en su relación con clientes internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ. Competencias ESTRATEGIA Visión Estratégica Recopilar información interna y externa para reflexionar de forma proactiva sobre el entorno sanitario en su área de responsabilidad identificando los principales Stakeholders y sus intereses para anticiparse a futuros acontecimientos a medio y largo plazo. Analizar la información e indicadores de negocio internos con el objetivo de adaptar sus acciones comerciales para maximizar el posicionamiento comercial de AstraZeneca en el área de atención primaria. Organización y Planificación. Ejecutar con excelencia el plan de acción definido para la marca en el territorio bajo su responsabilidad. Cumplir con sus objetivos conforme a lo establecido en los planes comerciales, tanto en ventas, como en KPI ́s relacionados a frecuencias y estándares de visita, modelo de relación y formación científica siempre con el objetivo de convertirse en el partner de referencia para sus clientes. EXCELENCIA EN LA EJECUCION Orientación a resultados Analizar e interpretar los indicadores de negocio que obtiene de su entorno con autorresponsabilidad y liderazgo con el objetivo de adaptar la estrategia de ejecución a su territorio. Hacerse responsable de las propias tareas y decisiones así como su impacto en el negocio. Omnicanalidad y E-liderazgo Conocer y seleccionar de manera ágil, flexible y eficiente las alternativas de comunicación con base en las preferencias de los Stakeholders que intervienen o influencian en el desarrollo de la marca en el área de atención primaria.
