About the Role
This role will concentrate on monitoring, developing and implementing analytical solutions to support the statistical forecasting process and involve collaboration with the business demand planners to improve the forecast accuracy

What You Will Do
Responsible for monitoring business and region statistical forecast performance
Review statistical forecast by exception
Execute the continuous improvement tasks and assess impacts
Validate modeling outputs
Support decision making by providing analysis and metrics, using them to identify trends and find root causes of forecast inaccuracy
Visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
Lead coaching sessions and support business demand planners on activity prioritization
Monitor the impact of the business inputs in the statistical forecast process
Who You Are
1-2 years experience in demand forecasting with knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and delivery
Predictive analytics experience and modelling skills preferred
University degree required (industrial engineering, statistical, mathematical preferred)
Expert in Office tools. Knowledge in Planning tools such as SAP APO/IBP.
Fluent in English, spoken and written, additional major European language is an advantage
Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good team player with flexibility to learn
Ability to travel 5-20 days/year.
