At GFT we have an open position for a Business Analyst to join to GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to grow in a multi-cultural, motivating, and challenging environment.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives.
  • Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment (Banking sector).
  • Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT.
  • Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management.

Skills will help you succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.
  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Fluency in English (at least B2).

  • Proactive, motivated, and willing to consolidate and develop a professional career.
  • Analytical, logical, and critical thinking.
  • Solid problem-solving skills: ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.

  • Advisory skills.
