At GFT we have an open position for a Business Analyst to join to GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to grow in a multi-cultural, motivating and challenging environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives
- Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
- Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT
- Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management
Skills will help you succeed:
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.
- Fluency in German.
- Nice to have English (at least B2).

- Team worker: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations
- Proactive, motivated and willing to consolidate and develop a professional career
- Analytical, logical and critical thinking.
- Solid problem-solving skills: ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions

- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
