¿Cuáles serán tus contribuciones?
Estamos inmersos en varios procesos de búsqueda de talento para nuestros puntos de venta físicos. Blue Banana busca añadir a sus equipos de las tiendas de Madrid perfiles con experiencia demostrable en atención al cliente como dependiente de tienda de moda.
Las vacantes a cubrir son posiciones de Sales Assistant con diferentes jornadas con turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo:
- 20 horas
- 30 horas
- 40 horas

- Acompañando a los clientes durante el proceso de venta transmitiendo nuestros valores a lo largo de la experiencia de compra.
- Manteniendo la tienda con la imagen alineada a los valores de marca de bb.
- Proporcionando apoyo operativo en la gestión de inventarios, control de stocks, pedidos y almacén.
¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros? Habilidades y experiencias clave:
- Valoraremos positivamente una experiencia mínima de 6 meses como Sales Assistant.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
- Que disfrutes vendiendo, fomentando la venta cruzada y ofreciendo alternativas. Serás la persona clave, junto con tus compañeros, de alcanzar la consecución de objetivos de venta de la tienda.
- Disponer de flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo.
- Valoraremos positivamente que te desenvuelvas bien hablando en un segundo idioma.

¿Cómo será el proceso de selección?

- Entrevista virtual/presencial con la Area Manager o Store Manager donde valoraremos tus habilidades de venta y de atención al cliente.
