Assistant Store Manager - Carhartt WIP Madrid

At Carhartt WIP, we're looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and implement procedures to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance team performance.
  • Mentor and support sales staff in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely receipt and storage of merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
