Responsabilidades:
- Planificación Estratégica junto con el
Growth Manager:
Desarrollar estrategias de publicidad en redes sociales basadas en los objetivos del cliente, identificando audiencias clave, seleccionando plataformas adecuadas y estableciendo presupuestos.
Creación de Contenido:
Colaborar con equipos creativos para desarrollar contenido atractivo y efectivo, incluyendo imágenes, copys y formatos que se alineen con las especificaciones de cada plataforma.
Gestión de Campañas:
Configurar, lanzar y monitorear campañas en plataformas como Meta (Facebook, Instagram y WhatsApp), Google, etc. Ajustar estrategias según métricas de rendimiento (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Optimización Continua:
Realizar pruebas A/B, ajustes de segmentación, presupuestos y pujas para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas. Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y cambios en algoritmos de plataformas.
Análisis y Reporte:
Generar informes periódicos con métricas clave y análisis de rendimiento. Identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades para alcanzar objetivos.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia demostrable (mínimo 1 años) en la gestión de campañas publicitarias digitales.
- Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de publicidad en redes sociales y sus herramientas.
- Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicar eficazmente con clientes y compañeros.
- Te apasiona el detalle y las cosas bien hechas, no se te escapa nada y no te conformas con nada.
- Trabajas en equipo.
- Eres creativo y analítico.
- Tienes ganas de aprender y crecer en el Growth Marketing.
- Uso básico de herramientas como GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets y las plataformas de Meta for Business, TikTok for Business, X Ads y Linkedin Ads.
- Contrato indefinido con posibilidad de crecimiento en un área nueva de la agencia.
