Responsibilities

We are seeking a standout Automation Engineer to collaborate with our diverse team and become part of our exceptional community of skilled professionals.

  • Performs Automation testing design against detailed specifications.
  • Review and suggest enhancements to existing test procedures.
  • Defines test objectives, develops test plans, and creates automated test cases/procedures.
  • Delivers clear and concise test results to management and clients.
  • Analyzes test outcomes and collaborates with development teams for bug resolution.
  • Conducts job training and supports Junior QA Automation Engineers as required.
  • Identifies and raises awareness of process or quality issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-10+ years experience in Test automation using Selenium.
  • QA automation proficiency with development capabilities to script automation from scratch.
  • Thorough understanding of the DOM and POM model.
  • Basic familiarity with ReactJS and CSS.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience testing websites with responsive design.
  • Strong knowledge of Java (Selenium) for Web Automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience in creating Gherkin scripts based on Cucumber framework.
  • Experienced in BDD framework using cucumber.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, GIT, and others including AWS.
  • Solid familiarity with AGILE Methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Extensive experience in JIRA test management tool.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience in Agile Projects. (Jira + Confluence preferred)
  • Background in BANKING is a plus.
  • Experience in API automation and Mobile Automation.
Qualification
  • Preferred - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL): ISTQB
  • Other Test Automation and Testing certifications.
