Role Highlights

We are seeking an exceptional Automation Engineer to collaborate with our cross-functional team and join our elite community of skilled professionals.

  • Conduct automation testing design based on detailed specifications.
  • Assess and propose enhancements to existing test protocols.
  • Establish test objectives, devise test strategies, and create automated test cases/procedures.
  • Present clear and concise test results to management and clients.
  • Analyze test outcomes and collaborate with development teams for issue resolutions.
  • Deliver training and support to Junior QA Automation Engineers as required.
  • Identify and foster awareness of process or quality issues.

Essentials

  • Minimum 2-10+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium.
  • Proficiency in QA automation with coding abilities to script automation from scratch.
  • In-depth understanding of DOM and POM models.
  • Basic familiarity with ReactJS and CSS.
  • Desirable: Experience in testing responsive design websites.
  • Advanced Java knowledge (Selenium) for Web Automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience creating Gherkin scripts with the Cucumber framework.
  • Competent in BDD framework utilization via Cucumber.
  • Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, GIT, and AWS.
  • Extensive expertise in AGILE and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA for test management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile Projects.
  • Knowledge of BANKING operations is advantageous.
  • Background in API and Mobile Automation testing.

Certifications:

  • Preferable - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL): ISTQB.
  • Additional certifications in Test Automation and Testing.
