El propósito

Identificar, contactar y calificar a nuevos leads, garantizando una atención efectiva a través de los diferentes canales de ventas gestionados por el SDR.
Tu misión

Desarrollar estrategias de prospección a los mercados definidos en conjunto con el líder comercial, monitorear y establecer métricas que permita el correcto seguimiento de su gestión. Buscar de forma proactiva posibles clientes potenciales a través de llamadas y correos en frío o a través de herramientas y canales digitales.Calificar prospectos a través de la metodología SPICED (Situación – Dolor -Impacto- Evento Crítico – Decisión).Atender y dar seguimiento diariamente a los leads Outbound para identificar sus necesidades y asesorarlos con la mejor solución, según lineamientos con el líder comercial. Actualizar diariamente el CRM con los contactos y seguimiento de los resultados obtenidos con cada cliente. Agendar reuniones al Account Executive para demostraciones de los productos de la empresa con clientes potenciales. Enviar documentación solicitados por clientes, llenar documentos o fichas solicitados para creación de proveedores o para licitaciones, cuando se requiera.Participar y reportar sus avances en las reuniones de ventas para la mejora continua del proceso comercial. Representar a la empresa en actividades y eventos corporativos de promoción de servicios e imagen de marca. Realizar acciones que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados claves establecidos por la gerencia.Apoyar y responder en los requerimientos del líder en relación a los clientes. Habilidades requeridas Experiencia laboral demostrada como Sales Development Representative al menos de 2 años.Manejo de herramientas y plataformas de prospección. Experiencia en llamadas en Frío.Experiencia laboral en Industrias tecnológicas/ SaaS / B2B Manejo de CRM ( Un plus el uso de HubSpot)Manejo de Sales Navigator.Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas son esenciales para establecer conexiones efectivas con los clientes potenciales y comunicar el valor de los productos o servicios. Un enfoque centrado en el logro de objetivos y metas de ventas, con la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.Capacidad de investigar y comprender las empresas objetivo y sus necesidades para personalizar el enfoque de ventas de manera más efectiva.Que tenemos para ti Salario acorde al mercado.Comisiones por cumplimiento de objetivos.Modalidad de Trabajo híbrida, 3 días en oficina y 2 teletrabajo.
