Helpdesk /IT Support - Salamanca onsite

En Cognizant España tenemos una vacante de HELPDESK de la que querrás conocer Buscamos alguien con experiencia en IT Support de al menos 1/2 años en adelante, con ganas de crecer y de trabajar en equipo. ¿Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición?

· Tener experiencia como Helpdesk, mínimo 1/2 años;

· Residir en Salamanca o estar dispuesto a mudarte;

· Tener un buen nivel de inglés y español (mínimo C1);

· Proactividad, pasión y experiencia en entornos internacionales;

· Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

· Proporcionar actividades de instalación, movimiento, adición de cambios (IMAC), reparación y soporte al usuario final según sea necesario;

· Sistemas Stage Build and Image con imagen de cliente estándar (aka eCore);

· Completar proyectos especiales según lo solicitado por el Cliente;

· Proporcionar formación técnica a los empleados más jóvenes;

· Realizar actividades de recopilación/preservación de datos relacionados con migraciones y/o eDiscovery;

· Cuando sea necesario, brindar soporte para los dispositivos, como portátiles y escáneres del "Shop Floor" de fabricación.
