Propósito del Puesto:

Reportando al director de Recursos Humanos, el rol de administrativo de Recursos Humanos de Ateinsa apoya y colabora en los procesos de selección de Ateinsa, así como realiza actividades de gestión, control, introducción, seguimiento y archivo de los procesos y datos en las diferentes BB.DD. y sistemas informáticos de Recursos Humanos en tiempo y calidad, actuará de acuerdo con los valores, políticas y normas marcados por Alstom. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el director de Recursos Humanos y el especialista en reclutamiento y administración de Ateinsa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar Apoyo en los procesos de selección de personal en la Unidad Ateinsa, en la recepción, cribado y análisis de curriculums, utilizando los canales de suministro y bases de datos establecidas, así como el reclutamiento en función de las posiciones vacantes conforme a los valores, las normas y políticas de la compañía.
  • Planificar y realizar entrevistas de puestos base, de acuerdo con las posiciones vacantes en los distintos departamentos, así como los plazos establecidos internamente y coordinarlas con los Manager
  • Gestión y seguimiento de la documentación relativa a altas y bajas conforme a las políticas y procesos de la compañía
  • Gestión administrativa laboral (documentos, solicitudes, licencias, permisos, etc.) e introducir todos los datos en los diferentes sistemas informáticos y BB.DD.
  • Apoyo administrativo en las tareas de Recursos Humanos
  • Gestionar el mantenimiento y actualización de información contenida en la base de datos del área.
  • Recopilar las necesidades formativas y controlar las formaciones internas realizadas en los proyectos
  • Realizar tareas de archivo de información tanto en soporte digital como en papel.
  • Resistencia al estrés y la capacidad de mantener la compostura y comunicarse de manera efectiva bajo estrés
  • Colaboración y trabajo en equipo.

Experiencia Requerida:

Obligatoria: Experiencia de 1 año en un puesto administrativo similar

Valorable: Experiencia en gestión de recursos humanos

Formación Requerida:

Obligatoria:

  • Estudios en ciclo Formativo Grado Medio/ Superior en administración o similar
  • Idioma: Español

Valorable:

  • Buenos conocimientos de los productos de MS Office, incluidos Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook
  • Nivel medio del idioma inglés, escrito y hablado
