Misión:

La función es proporcionar a SIAE una implementación exitosa del proyecto, de acuerdo con los objetivos de negocio y mantener la rentabilidad, la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

Proyectos:

Definir el alcance y el plan del proyecto;

Producir documentación del proyecto antes y después de la implementación;

Gestionar diariamente a los subcontratistas para garantizar prácticas de trabajo seguras de acuerdo con la legislación vigente;

Responsabilidad directa del control presupuestario de los proyectos aprobados;

Gestionar cualquier solicitud de cambio o adición al alcance de las obras según lo establecido en el contrato;

Asegurarse de que la documentación de entrega del cliente se proporcione dentro del SLA y que los Ati's se reciban del cliente de acuerdo con los plazos definidos en el contrato;

Obtener la aprobación del cliente para solicitudes de costos adicionales, incluida la documentación, el registro y la creación de solicitudes de compra;

Asegurar que todos los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto;

Monitorear y mantener los SLA/KPi's según lo definido por el cliente;

Punto de contacto principal con el equipo de implementación del cliente.

Salud y seguridad:

Asegurarse de que todo el personal supervisado esté trabajando de acuerdo con la Política de H&S;

Cuidar de su propia seguridad y la de los demás;

Asegurar que los productos, plantas, equipos, vehículos y edificios no se dañen;

Asegurar que los subcontratistas estén calificados y tengan la documentación adecuada para el proyecto;

Calidad:

Asegurar que todas las operaciones estén respaldadas por una práctica de procedimiento definida que pueda demostrar el cumplimiento del objetivo de la Política de Calidad.

Requisitos:

Ingeniería o Grado en Telecomunicaciones o relacionado

MS Office incluyendo MS Project & Access;

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación;

Orientación al cliente;

Un conocimiento básico de la legislación de salud y seguridad;

Gestión del tiempo;

Altamente experimentado en la gestión de reuniones con clientes y contratistas;

Capacidad para negociar con subcontratistas;

La experiencia demostrada en instalaciones de radioenlaces PtP en Proyectos de Telefónica será considerada como un valor añadido.
