Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: El candidato debe ser capaz de comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva tanto en inglés como en el idioma local. Se valorará especialmente un nivel alto de inglés hablado.Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo: El candidato debe ser capaz de gestionar tareas de manera autónoma, pero también colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo creativo y de showroom cuando sea necesario.Proactividad y capacidad de iniciativa: Se busca un individuo que esté constantemente buscando oportunidades para mejorar los procesos comerciales y contribuir al crecimiento y éxito de la agencia.Organización y seguimiento: Ser capaz de mantener un seguimiento detallado de los proyectos y las interacciones con los clientes es fundamental para este puesto. El candidato debe ser organizado y capaz de priorizar tareas según sea necesario.Experiencia previa: Aunque no es imprescindible, se valora la experiencia previa en roles similares en el área comercial, así como cualquier formación relacionada con negocios o marketing.Orientación al cliente: Es fundamental que el candidato tenga una actitud orientada al cliente, asegurándose de satisfacer sus necesidades y mantener relaciones sólidas a largo plazo.Adaptabilidad: Dado que el entorno comercial puede ser dinámico y sujeto a cambios, se busca un candidato que pueda adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas situaciones y desafíos.
