Facilitamos a los candidatos la búsqueda de oportunidades inspiradoras y ayudamos a las organizaciones a identificar profesionales que las lleven al siguiente nivel.

Tus principales funciones serán:

Gestión de CRM / Base de datos (10%)

Nutrir y administrar la base de datos de clientes creando nuevas empresas y contactos en el CRM.Actualizar constantemente los contactos y las ventas potenciales.Mantener la higiene en el CRM eliminando o actualizando toda la información relevante.Hacer seguimiento a los contactos que han dejado su empresa.Generación de Leads (10%)Apoyar al equipo de ventas para detectar clientes potenciales y oportunidades de negocio generando y haciendo seguimiento a leads comerciales: Siguiendo ofertas de trabajo relevantes en Linkedin, Infojobs e Indeed.Dar seguimiento a nominaciones y promociones de ejecutivos / clientes potenciales.Crear alertas y dar seguimiento a noticias en sectores específicos y relevantes para nuestra operación.Buscar nuevos contactos en las cuentas objetivo y detectar nuevas empresas interesantes para contactar.Generación de Reuniones (70%)Organizar y generar reuniones con partes interesadas específicas dentro de la base de datos de clientes. Las reuniones pueden ser presenciales o virtuales (Teams, Zoom u otros).Hacer seguimiento constante y generar buena relación con las partes interesadas específicas son ejecutivos de alto nivel: CEOs, Directores de Unidades de Negocio, Directores Generales, Directores de Personas, Directores de RRHH, Directores de Talento, entre otros.Acompañar a nuestros gerentes en algunas de esas reuniones.Generar alrededor de 20 reuniones al mes, sin tope máximo.Organización de Eventos (10%)Apoyar al equipo comercial en la organización de eventos específicos: mesas redondas, congresos, ferias.Junto al equipo comercial, establecer un plan anual interactuando con los socios comerciales (escuelas, asociaciones, congresos, empresas, etc.). Aportar ideas y hacerlas realidad.Comunicar antes y después de los eventos: en Linkedin, mediante correos electrónicos, publicaciones. Participar en los eventos.Por la naturaleza de nuestro proyecto, esperamos de nuestros colaboradores una actitud Lean Start-up, multitask y de gran flexibilidad.
