In this role you will lead the Operations for Drives Service at local level, with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
  • Creates, implements, and reviews the operations strategy for the designated area, based on the overall service business strategy and is accountable for its relentless execution.
  • Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value chain for their own area of responsibility (from customer to supplier and from order to delivery of services, products, and projects).
  • Accountable for operational risk management and validating and improving reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.
  • Drives performance of the operational service activities by following up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and accordingly driving corrective actions.
  • Ensures effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports. Accountable to build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.
  • Implements and sponsors Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), integrity, and all other business compliance standards and regulations across their own area of responsibility.
Your background
  • 5 years of experience in industrial/service operations, working as coordinator or manager.
  • Sound knowledge of Process improvement and optimization, and Project Execution\Operations Management.
  • Deep experience managing teams; building an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.
  • High focus on general customer centricity and satisfaction practices.
  • Used to KPIs management, P&L responsibility, and negotiation capability with peers and senior management.
  • High Spanish and English capabilities.
