Hitachi Energy is a leader in high-voltage technology, offering a wide range of high-voltage products up to 1,200 kilo Volt (kV) for AC and 1,100-kilo Volt for DC. We help to enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact with following primary offerings for switchgears, circuit-breakers, generator circuit breakers, power quality products, surge arresters, disconnectors, instrument transformers and high-voltage service.

We are looking for an experience Project Manager in our Global Product Group High Voltage Services to support the Head for Global Product Group High Voltage Service in strategic and complex projects to ensure the growth and evolution of our products. You will be contributing to our growth journey, to drive the energy transition and foster an inclusive and diverse working culture.

The global high voltage service organization is responsible for the after sales support of all High Voltage Products, including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements.

This position can be fulfilled completely remotely. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.

Your responsibilities

You will lead business project execution for process improvement and support strategic transformation programs in the execution phasesYou will partner with stakeholders across the business and around the globe to drive the strategic projects of the Global Product GroupYou will drive the project by developing a partner-level relationship with the business stakeholders so that you can work autonomously with the teamYou will ensure the coordination of different initiatives inside the Global Product GroupYou will be responsible to hold business presentations, capture customer stories as well as other sales/ marketing or communications materialsYou will analyze and drive the KPI`s, be responsible for the reporting as well as provide the needed information to the organization alongside following up of actionsYou will instinctively research and summarize the projects and to be able to analyze large quantity of data to project trends and outcomes
Your background

Master's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or Industrial EngineeringMinimum experience of 10+ years in Project Execution on a global scaleStrong leadership skills and the ability to convince and influence stakeholders in the interest of the projectAbility to work under pressure to deliver projects with time, cost and qualityAnalytical mind-set paired with out-of-the-box thinkingExperience in working in an international and multicultural, corporate environmentExcellent communication skills in English, every other language is considered an advantageAbility to travel 10-20% of the time
