Join the HR team and work closely with our HR Director, HR Business Partners, and Business, assisting with various day-to-day people-related matters and HR activities.
This collaboration will be crucial in driving Takeda's business strategies and shaping the overall employee experience through our diverse range of people programs and processes.

Desired Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or Master Degree in HR.Possibility to sign school agreement (convenio de practicas)Good understanding of HR processes and practicesEffective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.Fluent in EnglishMust be willing to work from our Madrid office around 2 days per week.Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.Comfortable managing multiple work streams and time-critical projects.LocationsMadrid, Spain
