Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Breast Cancer treatment landscape in Spain, including market size, patient demographics, current treatment modalities, and competitive landscape.
Evaluate the potential market opportunity for Imlunestrant in Spain, considering its oral formulation and cost-effectiveness compared to existing injectable SERDs.
Analyze clinical data and trial outcomes of Imlunestrant in various treatment settings for Breast Cancer to understand its efficacy, safety profile, and potential advantages over existing treatments.
Identify key stakeholders in the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and payers, and assess their perceptions and attitudes towards oral SERDs.
Develop a strategic plan for the launch of Imlunestrant in Spain, outlining positioning, pricing strategy, distribution channels, promotional activities, and key messaging tailored to the Spanish market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, and marketing, to align on strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution of the launch plan.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the successful market entry of Imlunestrant in Spain.
