Project Title: Crohn Disease launch project

We plan to launch Mirikizumab Crohn Disease indication in 2026.

With mirikizumab already in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) market with ulcerative colitis indication, the goal of the project is to prepare the new indication launch stablishing the brand in the IBD market.

Project Goal and Objectives:

Define the size of the opportunity: market size, forecast, competitive intelligence (impact of competitor launches, uptake of already launched molecules with the same mechanism of action, evolution of treatment algorithms)

Define a strategy to successfully launch the new indication minimizing price erosion (price cut) in the current indication and maximizing the brand in IBD as the preferred brand in IBD with powerful efficacy controlling signs and symptoms and trusted safety profile. This new indication must help to elevate share of voice in the specialty, potentiate share of market in both indications and stablish Lilly in IBD market as a leader.

Capabilities/Skills Intern will Develop: leadership and crossfunctional capabilities, since is an area that requires input from different departments and project management skills.

Prerequisite Skills/Capabilities Required

Prior to Start of Internship:

Learning agility - Ability to quickly absorb knowledge of clinical practice and reimbursement models in different health care systems

Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. During 4 out of 10 weeks, communication with supervisor will take place virtually (tele/video conference, email, etc.)

Creativity: Ability to see beyond typical boundaries, as this is a very different situation from other product launches.
