The Customer Due Diligence team is in charge of completing upfront and maintaining up to date all the necessary identification processes to ensure Elavon customers meet the regulatory requirements applicable in terms of Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake KYC reviews for different type of customers including sole traders and corporations.
  • Support outreach process to customers and information gathering efforts.
  • Support reporting functions on productivity and KPIs.
  • Data analysis to track progress of specific portfolios against established plans.

Basic qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or law with a target completion date of May 2025/202
  • Solid understanding of finance and banking regulation/compliance
  • Ability to start on 11 June 202
  • Max 1 year industry experience
  • Please submit an English version of your CV

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of documentation processing and financial regulation
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Independent and selfdriven.

Location:

  • Alcobendas, Madrid (3 days onsite and 2 days working from home)

Contract Type

  • 12 weeks Fixed Term Contract
