Compliance Officer

Buscamos un/a Compliance Officer con la misión de garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las leyes, regulaciones y normativas aplicables a la empresa, asegurando que se opere de manera ética y legal, parar evitar posibles multas, sanciones y daños a la reputación de la organización.
FUNCIONES:
1. Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de cumplimiento asegurando que la empresa tenga políticas y procedimientos claros para cumplir con las leyes y regulaciones relevantes.
2. Identificar y evaluar los riesgos de cumplimiento realizando una evaluación y análisis de las áreas de la empresa que potencialmente estén más expuestas y desarrollar planes para mitigarlos.
3. Capacitar a los empleados para que comprendan las políticas, procedimientos de cumplimiento, requisitos legales y reglamentarios aplicables a su trabajo.
4. Monitorear y auditar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, así como realizar investigaciones en caso de sospechas de incumplimiento.
5. Informar y comunicar los hallazgos a Dirección y a los empleados relevantes sobre los hallazgos y recomendaciones relacionados con el cumplimiento, garantizando que se tomen las medidas adecuadas para remediar cualquier incumplimiento identificado.
REQUISITOS:
Grado en Derecho, preferentemente especialidad Penal.Experiencia previa de 3 años.Se valorará positivamente experiencia en tratamiento de Datos.Se valorará positivamente idioma inglés.-
