For our fast-growing marketplace team, we are looking for a project manager with solid experience in Adobe Photoshop and project management.

You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and assisting in the coordination of various projects to ensure their timely and successful completion.

You will form teams with other marketplace and advertising specialists in close collaboration with our Customer Success team. Together with them, you have your own portfolio of customers, where you are the first point of contact and are responsible for achieving the KPIs and your customers' success and satisfaction. You will also team up with an international team of highly skilled advertising experts where you will have the ability to influence how we further develop our corporate set of advertising skills including the usage of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that our client's images are edited to fit Incubeta's quality standards
  • Receive detailed briefs from our client and use them to understand what's needed for each project
  • Keeping track of project schedules and responding well to feedback from the client
  • Organizing and storing finished images properly
  • Delivering images and projects on time and pixel-perfect, according to instructions
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress

The talent we are looking for

  • REQUIRED - Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • REQUIRED - Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop automation is a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience with e-commerce and online marketplaces like Amazon is a plus but not a requirement
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Curiosity, analytical skills, detail-oriented, and above all skills at communicating with customers
  • Results-oriented mindset, constantly striving to achieve and exceed customer's goals
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and team-player
