Design and Content Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Design and Content Specialist to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing engaging marketing assets, crafting compelling content, and ensuring brand consistency across all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality marketing assets, including graphics, brochures, and social media posts, that align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Content Development: Create and optimize web, blog, and social media content, leveraging SEO best practices to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design and content elements meet our brand standards, maintaining a cohesive visual and tone-of-voice across all channels.
  • Packaging & Listings: Design product packaging and manage listings, guaranteeing accuracy and visual appeal on global marketplaces.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to propose innovative ideas for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to meet design and content needs, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs on time and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Design Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in design software.
  • Content Pro: Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of SEO principles.
  • Management: Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and handle marketplaces like USA, UK, CA, EU, and Japan.
  • Amazon Tools: Experience with Helium10, Data Dive, or similar tools is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
