Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Regulatory Specialist que formara parte del equipo I+D en nuestra planta de Santa Perpetua (Barcelona).
Misión
Asegurar que todos los productos desarrollados y comercializados por la compañía cumplan con las regulaciones legales y estándares de seguridad alimentaria, proporcionando apoyo técnico-legal en todas las fases del desarrollo de productos, etiquetado y publicidad. Esta misión incluye la colaboración estrecha con los departamentos de marketing, I+D y comunicación, así como la representación de la empresa ante organismos reguladores y asociaciones sectoriales para influir en la normativa alimentaria.
Funciones principales
Colaborar en proyectos específicos de I + D y/o laboratorio, de acuerdo con la dirección de I+D para dar soporte técnico legal .Colaborar en la elaboración de textos legales de los productos, así como la revisión legal de especificaciones técnicas de materias primas revisando se ajusten a la normativa aplicable.Realizar analíticas para los etiquetados nutricionales de forma teórica para que se pueda proporcionar la información necesaria a nuestros consumidores.Participará en la revisión técnico – legal de los cromalines de cadena gráfica para verificar que se ajustan a la legislación vigente, así como medios publicitarios (anuncios, web, panfletos publicitarios,... ).Soporte técnico legal a las plantas ya sea en visitas de inspección, o auditorías internas y/o externasREQUISITOS DEL PUESTO:Formación en Ingeniería de alimentos o similar.Experiencia previa en posiciones similares de 3/4 años."Le informamos que, de conformidad con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD) y el Reglamento (UE) 216/679 General Europeo de Protección de Datos (RGPD), los datos personales que nos facilita quedarán almacenados en un fichero "Gestión de Personal" registrado por BIMBO (con denominación social BAKERY IBERIAN INVESTMENTS, S.L.), con la finalidad de analizar su perfil profesional a los efectos de hacerle partícipe en los procesos de selección que se desarrollen en BIMBO a la vista de los puestos/becas vacantes o de nueva creación que se originen periódicamente."Asimismo, Vd. puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición, así como llevar a cabo cualquier aclaración dirigiéndose a BIMBO con domicilio en C/ Josep Pla, no 2 Edificio B mar – 08019 BARCELONA adjuntando copia de su D.N.I. o documento identificativo, o a través del correo electrónico a la cuenta (adjuntando esta copia de su D.N.I. o documento identificativo o firmándolo con firma electrónica reconocida).
