En este puesto, serás responsable de identificar, atraer y seleccionar a los mejores candidatos para nuestras vacantes, así como de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para generar nuevos negocios.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS
Identificar y atraer a candidatos calificados a través de diversos canales, incluyendo redes sociales, bolsas de trabajo y networking.Realizar entrevistas iniciales y posteriores para evaluar a los candidatos.Gestionar el proceso de selección de principio a fin, incluyendo la coordinación con los equipos de contratación.Elaborar informes de selección y presentaciones para los clientes.
REQUISITOS
Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Reclutador 360o en consultoríaUso de Linkedin como herramienta principal de trabajo (búsquedas booleanas)Dominio de las herramientas informáticas de oficina (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de reclutamiento Imprescindible residir en la zona de Alicante o alrededores (para acudir a eventos, visitas con clientes y ferias de empleo) Sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de negociación.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.Orientación a resultados y actitud proactiva.
