Buscamos una persona dinámica con ganas de involucrase en un proyecto que puede ofrecer muchas oportunidades debido al crecimiento de la compañía y los objetivos de esta en el mediano plazo. Una posición de gran relevancia en la que diseñarás la estrategia de ventas de la compañía a nivel nacional, en la que serás pieza clave en la toma de decisiones y plan de negocio junto con el resto de Directores de la empresa.

Funciones:


• Desarrollo de nuevo negocio.


• Retención de negocio existente.


• Construir y liderar un equipo con base a los desarrollos de las diferentes geografías a nivel nacional.


• Entender las fortalezas del grupo y construir un argumento de venta sólido para la venta de los

diferentes productos de la compañía.


• Construir y reforzar las relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes.


• Consecución de objetivos y mantenimiento de un nivel de pipeline en línea con los resultados

esperados.


• Análisis de las estrategias y acciones de la competencia.


• Trabajar de la mano de Pricing y Producto.


• Estar al tanto de los cambios y actualizaciones de los diferentes productos en el mercado.


• Supervisar y acompañar a su equipo de ventas.


• Coordinar y gestionar las invitaciones a las licitaciones que reciba la compañía.


• Gestionar y dar seguimiento al performance y KPIs de los clientes.


• Generar una rentabilidad sostenible e identificar las oportunidades de mejora de márgenes negociando

y estableciendo estrategias de precio.


• Mantener la correcta estrategia de desarrollo comercial en base a industria, producto y geografía

objetivo.


• Desarrollo de producto en base a las necesidades de presupuesto de la compañía.


• Comunicar e implementar estrategias con los clientes.


• Creación de estrategias y planes para gestionar clientes.


• Generar reportes de presupuesto, desviaciones, progreso, pipeline y rolling forecast.


• Alimentar y actualizar CRM.


• Ser responsable de la creación y actualización de SOPs y de las reuniones con clientes para revisiones

estratégicas.


• Prospectar e identificar constantemente, perfiles/vendedores para procesos de contratación

futuros.


• Trabajar en equipo, con el resto de las áreas que integran MIMPO, bajo la cultura de empresa

de la compañía.


• Apegarse a la misión, visión y valores de la compañía.

Requisitos :
