The Mkt Execution role is a newly and exciting created role under the PH&E local organization to support the implementation and execution of the TA brand plans according to the new CMO and CO ways of working: aligned to the new principles that aim to streamline and optimize all marketing creation and development processes.
The Mkt Execution role will provide operational support for the different brands by TA (4 positions: Specialty/Oncology/PC/Pool), including all product life cycle periods.
This position requires core pharma marketing skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and knowledge on different systems and procedures to support Marketing projects' implementation.
He/she will work in coordination mainly with the in-market CBL and XFT in order to follow up and secure initiatives development and timely execution.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage experience, knowledge and skills to provide support to commercial colleagues.
Collaborate closely (grant an optimal collaboration) with local and Colab/regional/global teams to ensure the marketing transformation new processes.
Lead the development and implementation of standard/key and innovative tactics:
Meetings implementation (National/International Congresses, symposia, webinars, Pfizer meetings, PoA)
Support CBL on meetings implementation (formal steps, logistics, timings, execution..)
Link with local AMEX on meetings (mainly Congresses and Symposia) organization and partner also on HCPs logistics
Webinars organization: design, content, technical follow up, invitations
Materials
SPs/symposia slide deck review support together with CBL and Medical
Main contact and enabler for materials (incld. digital ones) and content creation/adoption in ADOBE
Materials adaptation (including translation) when needed: content glocalization.
Follow material approval process (branded and unbranded) - GCMA and Medical review (together with Publicis-COLAB process)
Material/Information preparation and support for PoA and Pfizer internal meetings
Pfizer Pro/Microsites management support
Support CBL in the production of the proper content to the channel according to brand strategy & customer needs
Others
Support CBL on MAPP transactions development together with Local MAPP transaction center
Support regulatory processes requirements-launch related
Adverse notifications process: HCPS letters and SS contact/follow up
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sr Associate level - Min 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing areas.
Previous years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical business, with demonstrated experience in managing sizeable assets.
Quick adaptation to the right capabilities of the MKT roles under the new/changing marketing transformation to align with evolving business strategies while upholding and model Pfizer values to support a positive working culture and environment
Experience in supporting standard/key activities and new launches projects in highly specialized and competitive therapeutic areas (hospitals, I&I, RD)
Experience in digital-omnichannel marketing operations execution" & "Swift management of digital content creation tools"
Strong collaboration skills
Innovative and creative mindset
Ability to perform data analysis
Bachelor's degree is required
Ability to optimize and adapt to changing procedures from the base of a strong marketing processes knowledge
Knowledge of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.
A self-motivated, highly enthusiastic individual.
Fluency in written and spoken English
