Misión del puesto:


Profundizar en datos relacionados con la gestión de la audiencia de riders, adquisición y retención, apoyando con la construcción de informes, dashboard y modelos el desarrollo técnico de área y la participación en iniciativas, proyectos y equipos con alto impacto en negocio que requieran de análisis avanzados.


¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  • Diseñando y administrando los dashboard de seguimiento y monitorización de campañas de marketing
  • Garantizando un proceso de reporting adecuado, procedimentado y comprensible para todas las áreas de negocio
  • Profundizando en datos (internos y externos) para descubrir insights y resolver hipótesis que permitan mantener un flujo de optimización constante
  • Garantizando que cada ejecución se ha establecido con metas específicas y objetivos medibles
  • Apoyando proyectos, procesos e iniciativas locales ofreciendo performance insights derivados del análisis de flujos y campañas
  • Haciendo una evaluación constante, crítica y estructurada de la información procedente de múltiples fuentes de datos, apoyando la elaboración de perfiles y segmentos de clientes para todas las campañas
  • Asegurando una comunicación comprensible y práctica de análisis de datos complejos, relacionado con el rendimiento de campañas
  • Garantizando un flujo de trabajo estrecho y eficaz con los Departamentos locales y globales, tanto de canales (digital, alianzas, crm) como de negocio (supply, marketplace, etc)

Qué necesitamos que tengas:

Skills técnicos:

  • Experiencia en Excel/Sheet
  • Experiencia en Tableau/Google data studio o similares

Skills funcionales:

  • Gran capacidad de planificación,
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas
  • Gran capacidad de organización
  • Capacidad Analítica


Entre las competencias que buscamos en este perfil, prevalecen la orientación a resultados, el trabajo en equipo y cooperación, un profundo conocimiento técnico y del negocio, gran adaptación y capacidad de aprender, orientación clara al cliente interno y externo, y solvente capacidad para resolver problemas.

Sin embargo, no es indispensable que tengas pero si deseable, experiencia en startups.
