En Media Power estamos buscando un Podcast/ Product Marketing Specialist encargado de coordinar los proyectos junto con el equipo de filmakers, edición de video y producción. Buscamos a una persona con grandes habilidades de gestión y liderazgo y estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias y técnicas de edición con IA para la generación de producción de vídeos, podcast y contenidos de la agencia. Asegurando que cada proyecto se entregue a tiempo y con la máxima calidad. Entre sus principales responsabilidades incluyen coordinar las tareas del equipo, supervisar todo el proceso de producción y realizar revisiones del contenido antes de su entrega final al cliente.
Responsabilidades:
Coordinar el equipo de generación de contenido y supervisar todo el proceso de producción.Organizar los shootings, vídeos y podcast con los clientes y el equipo.Propuestas creativas de guiones, ideas, vídeos, storyboard, entre otros. Realizar revisiones del contenido antes de su entrega final al cliente.Asegurar el cumplimiento de deadlines y entregas.Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y técnicas de edición con IA.Generación de contenido fotográfico y audiovisual: grabación y edición.Experiencia, Habilidades y Calificaciones:
Experiencia coordinando diversos proyectos en paralelo y equipos.Altas habilidades de organización del contenido grabado.Capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados.3/4 años de experiencia demostrable en la creación de videos.Experiencia en la creación de videos y edición para redes sociales que atraigan y aumenten la audiencia de manera orgánica.Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas y el panorama de los videos en redes sociales.Capacidad para reconocer historias que generarán vistas y acciones compartidas.Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Capacidad para trabajar rápidamente y entregar resultados de alta calidad bajo presión.Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y priorización con gran atención a los detalles.Creatividad y habilidades artísticas.Trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.Gestión eficaz del tiempo y bajo presión.Capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados.Habilidades técnicas:
Dominio experto de software de edición: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, entre otras Edición de fotos: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom.Edición de audio: Adobe Audition o similar.Conocimiento de efectos visuales y edición de audio.Creatividad en la narrativa visual y habilidades para contar historias.Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes formatos y resoluciones de video.Edición de audio.Conocimiento sobre manejo de la cámara para videos y fotografías.Herramientas de edición:
