¿Qué buscamos?

Tus Hardskills deben ser las siguientes:

  • Estudios mínimos universitarios relacionados con el Marketing y la comunicación (Máster valorable)
  • Experiencia de al menos 8/10 años demostrables
  • Conocimiento experto en estrategias de Social Media
  • Especialista en captación, interpretación y análisis de datos
  • Manejo de estrategias offline y online
  • Elaboración de informes con métricas, KPIs e indicadores adecuados del rendimiento.

  • Alta capacidad de liderazgo
  • Gestión de equipos de 3 a 6 personas
  • Alta capacidad comunicativa
  • Inteligencia emocional
  • Manejo en gestión de conflictos
  • Atención al cliente y negociación
