Position Description

Job Purpose

Estamos buscando cubrir una posición como National KAM Distribution para Bridgestone SWR.

Esta posición reportaría a Channel Sales Manager y estaría ubicada en Madrid o Andalucía.

Key Responsibilities

Desarrollo de Negocios:

Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante el análisis de mercado y la identificación de potenciales clientes clave en el sector automotriz y de neumáticos.

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta dirigidas a aumentar la participación de mercado de la compañía en sectores estratégicos, adaptándose a las dinámicas del mercado español.

Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para crear propuestas de valor que se alineen con las necesidades específicas de los clientes y diferencien a la empresa de la competencia.

Gestión de Relaciones:

Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con los clientes clave, actuando como el punto principal de contacto entre el cliente y la empresa.

Programar reuniones regulares con los clientes para revisar los niveles de satisfacción, discutir los nuevos requerimientos y recibir feedback sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos.

Gestionar y resolver eficazmente cualquier incidencia o conflicto que pueda surgir, asegurando una respuesta rápida y adecuada a las preocupaciones del cliente para mantener altos niveles de satisfacción.

Análisis de Mercado:

Realizar un seguimiento continuo del mercado y la competencia, incluyendo tendencias emergentes, amenazas potenciales y oportunidades de innovación.

Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para interpretar comportamientos del mercado y adaptar las estrategias comerciales correspondientes.

Planificación Estratégica:

Trabajar en conjunto con otros departamentos como marketing, logística y producto para desarrollar estrategias integradas que mejoren la oferta de valor al cliente y optimicen los procesos internos.

Asegurar la alineación entre las estrategias de ventas y los objetivos globales de la compañía.

Reportes y seguimiento:

Elaborar informes detallados sobre el desempeño de las cuentas clave, incluyendo análisis de ventas, evaluación de la rentabilidad y seguimiento de los KPIs establecidos.

Presentar estos informes de manera periódica para informar sobre el progreso y cualquier ajuste necesario en la estrategia comercial.

Utilizar sistemas y herramientas de la compañía para mantener actualizada toda la información relevante sobre los clientes y las interacciones realizadas.

Cumplimiento de Objetivos:

Monitorear constantemente el desempeño en relación con los objetivos de ventas y tomar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario para garantizar el cumplimiento del OB o CB.

Motivar y coordinar con el equipo interno, dep. de soporte, para asegurar que las actividades de ventas se ejecuten de manera eficiente y efectiva.

Required Capabilities

Estudios superiores. Experiencia en gestión de cuentas y o cuentas clave, preferiblemente en el sector automotriz o de neumáticos. Idiomas: español nativo e inglés medio. Capacidad demostrada en la negociación de contratos y acuerdos comerciales. Manejo de paquete Office y herramientas de análisis de datos. Habilidades interpersonales:Excelente comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderazgo. Orientación al cliente y a resultados Capacidad analítica y estratégica Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad Proactividad y autonomía Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos
