Right now, we are looking for a Costumer Service to join our team

You will get the chance to:

Manage and monitor the assigned projects, in contact with all internal and external stakeholders.Plan and optimize the projects to be executed.Create and maintain documentation for the client, the projects, and service configurations.Manage client requests, document them, support the development team, and follow up on developments.Monitor and analyze project results, checking data consistency and trends to detect incidents or opportunities for service improvement.Create and supervise control dashboards for the generation and distribution of leads among management platforms.Proactively contribute to identifying areas of growth and new business opportunities in existing accounts.Participate in client meetings, prepare the corresponding minutes and reports, and report to the client.

What will help you succeed:

Advanced English skills.Experience managing commercial accounts, clients, and projects in digital marketing agencies, digital business consultancies, contact centers, or similar environments.Experience as a coordinator or supervisor in contact centers is a plus.Knowledge of commercial campaigns, agent sizing, call distribution, agent campaign configurations, and call and sales KPIs.Knowledge of digital marketing, lead management, marketing automation, and performance marketing is a plus.Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram); understanding these channels as lead sources is a plus.Experience handling CRM, project management tools, and ticket management tools.
