¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

The Sr. CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Architect will be responsible for overseeing and organizing the external development team for the implementation of the Customer IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the service meets the needs of the customers. As the Senior CIAM Architect, you will be responsible for managing external resources, using your project management skills in an iterative approach to improve processes, onboard new applications, establish a self-service culture and build an end-to-end fully digitalized process to register the customer as individuals as well as organizations across all the digital service platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of customer IAM concepts & technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Management (Agile & Waterfall): Lead in the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects. Ensure adherence to best project management practices, facilitate iterative planning, and drive the team towards successful project completion.External Resource Management: Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to implement the CIAM service roadmap. Manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the CIAM domain. Implement best practices, establish standardized procedures, and drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations.Self-Service Enablement: Define and implement self-service capabilities for CIAM functions, empowering customers to manage their own profile, preferences, consent & self-registration process and reducing dependency on manual administrative tasks for the back-office organization. User Story Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine CIAM requirements and create clear and concise specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful deployment of CIAM solutions.Service Documentation: Create comprehensive service documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to facilitate the adoption and understanding of CIAM service by end-users, administrators, and support teams.

The Sr. CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Architect should have:

Education

University degree, preferably in the areas of digital technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceCertified project management and Agile training (Scrum / Agile / PMI...)Experience and knowledge of SAP CDC (or equivalent cloud applications) are important preferential factors

ExperienceProven experience as a Senior CIAM Architect with a clear focus on Service Management & Project Management in an enterprise organizationUnderstanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) and experience leading external teams (Azure DevOps experience is a clear plus)Experience and knowledge of SAP CDC (or equivalent cloud applications) are important preferential factorsFamiliarity with SSO federation protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)Previous experience with customer facing digital processes definition and integration into operational processesDeep understanding of customer data architectures and its assurance within operational flows and processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage external resources, vendors, and contractors effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detailExperience in process improvement, establishing self-service capabilities, and driving operational efficiency
