RH is seeking a Trade Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building a thriving trade business. This role is expected to deliver first-class service to our client and our teams, creating a luxury experience.

Your Responsibilities

Live Our Vision, Values and BeliefsProvide a luxury experience for RH Trade clientele through product expertise, professionalism and elevated serviceWork in partnership with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the RH Trade business within the GalleryQualify potential and partner with existing Trade clientele through consultations, Gallery tours, site visits, assisting with project development and internal coordination of services and project installationsCommunicate and work with cross functional teams at all levels of the organizationEnsure fiscal goals are achievedMaintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry and a relevancy within the interior design community

Our Requirements

Experience within a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firmRelationship-driven, with proven successes working with the interior design/trade community with existing relationshipsStrategic, highly organized and results-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detailPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving trade businessProficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsSolid technical background with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systemsBasic to proficient knowledge of interpreting and understanding floor plans is preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to travel locally or out of stateFrequently lifting and mobilizing small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesMust be able to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
