Misión del Puesto
En Torre Melina a Gran Melia hotel, tu misión será apoyar en la organización y supervisión las actividades del departamento para asegurar la limpieza y la buena imagen del complejo hotelero, así como ofrecer un servicio de calidad a los clientes y contribuir a los objetivos operativos, económicos y de calidad del hotel siguiendo los estándares de la marca Gran Meliá y las propias de Leading Hotels of the World.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Supervisor/a de Pisos o similar en hoteles de 5* .
- Formación acorde al puesto.
- Conocimiento de Excel y Word.
- Capacidad de Liderazgo, Organización, Planificación, visión estratégica, compromiso con la empresa y orientación a resultados.
- Dotes de comunicación, Proactividad para la excelencia.
- Residencia en provincia vacante.
