As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products.
We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company, work with a tight-knit team, and help shape our account management operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with tech B2B customers and have a creative and resilient mindset to be able to turn customer problems into solutions.
The key responsibility of the Account Manager is to handle projects from A to Z, whether during the onboarding phase or any project development at a later stage in the life of the customer.
Most of the customers will be located in France, so French is mandatory
Responsibilities:
1) Onboard new customers / Project management
- Organise kick-off meetings with new customers
- Own the product roadmap and collaborate with the product team to deliver custom developments on time
- Manage onboarding sessions and training material
- Keep customers engaged and respect project deadlines
- Visit customers at their location for the sales launch
- Organise Executive Business Reviews every 6 months with tier-I customers
- Do regular check-in calls with all customers
- Analyse customers' performance to identify product misuse and upselling opportunities
- Implement new features smoothly
- Monitor subscriptions renewals and contract expiries
- Partner closely with other cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
- Stay updated on the latest product developments
Mandatory requirements:
- Excellent command of French and English
- Tech-savvy and 2+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager for a B2B Saas
- Strong communication skills
- Travelling is required to visit customers / visit Smeetz locations (average of 30%)
- Work permit in Spain
- Experience working with HubSpot and Jira
- Previous experience at a tech scale-up company is highly preferred
- Previous experience with project management is highly preferred

- You have the ability of building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique business requirements.
