We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Travel Sales Specialist role. As a RTS Specialist, your business will be responsible for booking amazing trips for individuals and groups in destinations all around the world If you love to travel and making dreams come true this is a great business opportunity for you

Roles & Responsibilities

Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clientsReview individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needsComplete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travelAttend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinationsReview budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraintsCreate promotional materials to utilizeMonitor restrictions on travel that come and goBook travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc...)Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travelHandle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clientsNetwork with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clientsPart Time or Full time

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US. Mexico or AustraliaMust be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not requiredPersonal travel experience is a huge plus, however not requiredPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
