Nuestro partner se trata de una empresa española, joven y en plena expansión. Con sede central en Barcelona, y presencia internacional. Ofrece servicios de marketing con su aplicación basada en inteligencia artificial, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes y autónomos), es por eso que estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.
Rol:
Como Junior Product Specialist Web y SEO, tu rol será crucial en la coordinación y supervisión de proyectos de marketing digital, centrados en SEO y WordPress. Serás responsable de gestionar la interacción entre los equipos de ventas o servicio al cliente y producción, asegurando la alineación del alcance del producto con las expectativas de calidad de la empresa y de los clientes.
Tareas:
Participar en la coordinación de proyectos de marketing digital, incluyendo la estrategia SEO y la optimización en WordPress, asegurando la implementación adecuada según las necesidades del cliente.Actuar como el principal punto de comunicación entre los equipos de ventas o servicio al cliente y producción, facilitando una comunicación fluida y efectiva.Gestionar el alcance de los proyectos, desde la definición de objetivos hasta la entrega final, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y los tiempos de entrega.Monitorear y reportar regularmente el progreso de los proyectos a los stakeholders, proporcionando visibilidad sobre el rendimiento y las métricas clave.Resolver problemas y desafíos que puedan surgir durante la vida del proyecto, asegurando soluciones efectivas y oportunas.Lo que esperamos de ti:Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de marketing digital, con conocimientos en SEO y plataformas como WordPress.Habilidades de comunicación, capaces de recopilar información de las necesidades del clientes para trasladar a los equipos internos.Capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, manteniendo la atención en los detalles y cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos.Experiencia en la utilización de herramientas de análisis digital como Google Analytics y Google Search Console para monitorear el rendimiento de los sitios web y optimizar las estrategias.Fuerte capacidad analítica y habilidad para interpretar datos.Se valorará:Experiencia previa en entornos de startup o en metodologías ágiles.Experiencia trabajando en agencias de marketing digital o en roles de coordinación entre equipos técnicos y no técnicos.Qué ofrecemosOferta salarial en función de la experiencia aportada23 días laborables de vacaciones2 días remoto 3 oficina (Sant Cugat)Team Buildings constantes.Nuevas oficinas.Plan de carrera acorde a potencial en una empresa que no para de crecer Este rol es ideal para alguien que disfruta de la estrategia y la gestión más que del desarrollo técnico directo, con un enfoque en asegurar que cada proyecto no solo cumpla con los requisitos, sino que también exceda las expectativas.
