TASKS:
Redacción de entregables, actas, informes y otros documentos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.

Control presupuestario del proyecto en la UPM y de cara la UE, asegurando que se cumple con la normativa vigente.

Elaboración de informes económicos para los socios del proyecto y para la UE.Contacto y coordinación con los gestores / personal administrativo de las organizaciones participantes en el proyecto.

Atención a consultas y dudas de los miembros del proyecto sobre las actividades o finanzas del mismo.
Organización de las reuniones de los grupos de trabajo.

Apoyo en la organización de eventos online y presencialesApoyo a la gestión administrativa del máster HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS:

CONOCIMIENTOS INFORMÁTICOSUso avanzado de Excel y Microsoft Office Package; Teams; herramientas de teleconferencia (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Webex); Experiencia en herramientas de colaboración (por ejemplo, Teams, Miro, Moodle).

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares, multiculturales e internacionales.
  • Capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita
  • Capacidad para redactar actas de reuniones
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, facilidad de comunicación y experiencia en la interacción con las comunidades académicas de las universidades europeas.
  • Priorización de responsabilidades para cumplir los plazos

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOSConocimiento del marco europeo de Educación, Investigación e Innovación y del programa Digital EuropeConocimiento demostrado de las Directrices Financieras de Proyectos Europeos (Horizon Europe)Conocimiento de los procedimientos de elaboración de justificaciones de proyectos internacionales, nacionales, regionales y propio UPM.

Conocimiento de los procedimientos de gestión de I+D en la UPM:
portal del investigador, gestión de pagos, gestión de contratos...Nivel alto demostrado de inglés (C1)EXPERIENCIA LABORALExperiencia como gestor de proyectos europeos o participación demostrable, con cierta responsabilidad, en al menos 2 proyectos europeosExperiencia en justificación de proyectos de investigación y en el uso del portal de la Comisión (Funding and Tenders portal) Experiencia en gestión y justificación de proyectos europeos a través de las herramientas específicas UPM BENEFICIOS/
